Job Summary

An education company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Database Administrator III.

Must be able to:

  • Assist software engineers with proper schema design to ensure optimal performance and data integrity
  • Set up and maintains MySQL databases
  • Migrate databases to AWS as well as maintains databases in AWS environments

Position Requirements Include:

  • 7 Years' experience in Information Technology
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field or 7 years of professional experience
  • MySQL Database Administrator or Developer Certification
  • AWS Associate or above (certified or obtained within 1 year)
  • Experience with Bash scripts, Go, Python, or other similar languages
  • Experience with Git or similar version control systems
