A provider of human resources software and services is filling a position for a Remote Dayforce Support Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build rapport with customers by greeting them in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
- Become a subject matter expert and act as a true generalist
- Apply practical application solutions to complex problems and situations
Position Requirements Include:
- High School diploma
- World class customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation and resource and time management skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret general business procedures and processes, including government regulations
- Well-versed in all Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
