Job Summary

A business software developer has an open position for a Remote Dayforce Wallet Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Identifying and analyzing significant trends across social, demographics and economic environments to maximize usage
  • Proactively and regularly reviewing portfolio health and usage trends
  • Promoting, developing, and motivating portfolio performance

Position Requirements Include:

  • Demonstrated ability to partner with other functional areas/organizations to deliver a seamless experience for the customer
  • Demonstrated Project leadership experience
  • 5 to 10+ years’ experience within Customer Success, Account Management and/or Sales
  • Strong presentation and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, influencing skills and financial acumen
  • Energetic, confident and persuasive with all levels of audiences
