A business software developer has an open position for a Remote Dayforce Wallet Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying and analyzing significant trends across social, demographics and economic environments to maximize usage
- Proactively and regularly reviewing portfolio health and usage trends
- Promoting, developing, and motivating portfolio performance
Position Requirements Include:
- Demonstrated ability to partner with other functional areas/organizations to deliver a seamless experience for the customer
- Demonstrated Project leadership experience
- 5 to 10+ years’ experience within Customer Success, Account Management and/or Sales
- Strong presentation and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, influencing skills and financial acumen
- Energetic, confident and persuasive with all levels of audiences
