Job Summary
An information technology and services company is seeking a Remote DCIM Support Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Coordinatiing with cross functional partners to ensure DCIM data quality
- Analyzing and resolving production issues independently and as a member of a cross functional team
- Supporting data center controls and monitoring applications
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years minimum experience preferable in a similar role
- Ability to learn SQL programming and SSRS querying
- Knowledge of critical facility networking, mechanical and electrical system
- Knowledge of database design and utilization
