Job Summary

A staffing and recruitment agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote DE Mortgage Underwriter in New York City.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Underwrites FHA and VA loans to verify for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
• Underwrites Conventional to verify for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
• Reworks loans to new terms, identifies additional conditions as needed to insure a viable credit decision

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum 7 years of current frontline mortgage DE and LAPP/SAR Underwriting experience required
• Must have DE and DE/LAPP/SAR or
• Conventional experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
