A staffing agency is seeking a Remote DE Underwriter in Brecksville.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Quickly assess risk and make quality decisions on mortgage applications
- Evaluate mortgage applicant's employment, debt and income
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 5+ years in Mortgage Underwriting in Retail Channel
- Must have current DE
- Strong working knowledge of mortgage credit profiles and credit history
- Current experience as an active FHA, VA, Fannie and Freddie Underwriter
- Knowledge in MSWord, MSExcel, Encompass, etc
- Thorough understanding of loan products
