Job Summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Remote DE Underwriter in Georgetown.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Reviewing new loan files to ensure loan meets agency, investor and program criteria
  • Reviewing transmittal and 1003 to make sure it is accurate and complete
  • Evaluating loan applications for risks and various criteria

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to obtain LAPP certification
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • 5+ years of recent Mortgage Underwriting Experience with strong agency guideline knowledge
