Job Summary

A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote DE VA Mortgage Underwriter in Seattle.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Reviewing loan files to validate that all requirements
  • Insuring that any loan file underwritten is within their authority as defined by their direct manager
  • Reviewing the loan appraisal

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Strong Mortgage underwriting background
  • CHUMS ID and VA designation is required for consideration
  • 3+ years residential mortgage lending experience
  • PC proficient at the intermediate level
