Remote DE VA Underwriter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote FHA/VA Underwriter with active designations.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite VA and FHA loans in accordance with agency, investor, and company guidelines
• Review and clear conditions; issue final loan approvals using DE and VA credentials
• Analyze credit, income, asset, and collateral documentation to determine risk and loan eligibility

Required Qualifications

• Must have actively underwritten and signed off loans using both DE CHUMS ID and VA LAPP/SAR designations within the past 11 months
• Active DE CHUMS ID and VA LAPP/SAR credentials
• Must reside in a U.S. state other than California
• Must be able to work a full-time Eastern Standard Time (EST) schedule
• 203K underwriting experience is highly preferred
