Job Summary
A tele-therapy services provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Deaf and Hard of Hearing Teacher in Decatur.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Meeting with parents, teachers, other professionals, and students to provide information and support
- Planning instruction as needed per Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Recording student progress and other data as required per IEPs and school monitoring procedures
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelors or Masters in Deaf Education
- Certification in the state you reside as well as the state you would provide services and instructions
- Ability to pass basic technology screening
- 2-3 years of experience working in a school setting; however, we are able to make some exceptions
