Job Summary
A family benefits platform is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Deal Desk Commercial Operations Senior Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and run the Deal Desk function
- Drive end-to-end contract management from initial document preparation
- Act as a trusted advisor on deal calls with go-to-market teams
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of deal desk and/or enterprise contracting experience
- 3+ years of experience working with pricing-related tools
- 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Customer Success, and Finance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong management of strategic initiatives from concept to implementation
- Strong quantitative analysis, modeling, and logical reasoning skills
