Job Summary
A commercial real estate company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Deal Desk Specialist in Saint Louis .
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Collaborating with local market teams to effectively coordinate and manage deal closings
- Identifying gaps in Deal Desk processes and providing recommendations for improvements
- Performing other related duties as required or requested
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Finance, Accounting, etc.) preferred
- 1 – 3 years of deal management, commercial real estate or related field of experience
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong communication (written, oral) and customer service skills
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
