An energy efficiency solutions company has a current position open for a Remote Deal Development Senior Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Negotiating customer transactions
- Acting as primary interface with the legal team to negotiate customer contracts
- Developing pricing and constructability of projects
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in real estate, energy markets, consulting or banking
- Strong academic background
- Ability to coordinate people and activities across multiple functional areas
- Have an ergonomically correct and functional work-from-home workstation
- Experience contracting, pricing, structuring, and analyzing complex development projects
- Strong commercial skills and proven “closer” who navigates transactions
