A communications company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Dealer Vehicle Solutions Specialist in San Jose.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Locating, starting, moving, inspecting, and returning vehicles on dealer's lots safely
- Conducting thorough assessment of vehicle condition
- Reviewing customers' performance and recommends solutions
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel 50 % of the time
- Solid computer skills, including ability to use Internet and MS Office effectively
- Bachelor's Degree in related discipline or an equivalent combination
- Ability to engage customers in a consultative manner
- Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills required
