Job Summary
An online school of higher education is seeking a Remote Dean Student Affairs Executive Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing direction and supervision to the units and directors
- Fostering an inclusive university community for all students
- Providing administrative and fiscal oversight of student organizations and honor societies
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Earned doctorate required, preferably in higher education administration or a related field
- Minimum of ten years in higher education with progressively increased responsibilities
- Experience interacting with and supporting the needs of a diverse student population
- Ability to work with others to address complex student concerns
- Experience working with adult learners in online and hybrid settings
