Job Summary

Experienced remote debt collection professionals will find a full-time opportunity as a Remote Debt Collection Specialist focused on resolving delinquent purchased debt accounts through high-volume outbound calls, skip tracing, and managing collection pipelines while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to consumers to resolve delinquent purchased debt accounts
• Perform skip tracing to locate consumers and negotiate settlements and payment arrangements
• Manage collection pipeline with timely follow-ups while maintaining compliance with FDCPA and FCRA regulations

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of third-party collections experience, with at least 1 year working specifically with purchased paper
• Proven track record of hitting target metrics in a remote work environment
• Familiarity with auto-dialers, CRM software, and skip-tracing platforms
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including the ability to explain the "Mini-Miranda" and handle disputes
• Strong negotiation skills and goal-oriented mindset
