Job Summary

A collection agency is in need of a Remote Debt Collection Strategic Client Manager.

Must be able to:

• Deliver on Monthly, Quarterly and Annual OKRs and business objectives
• Be a Trusted Advisor for your clients earned through your demonstrated continuous commitment to excellence
• Establish and improve the client management framework to proactively prevent process

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 20+ years across Operations, Risk Management, Client Management, Strategy or a similar discipline
• Proven success leading multiple large-scale cross functional business transformation initiatives
• Professional temperament and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to translate data into business insights
• Solution-oriented problem solver
