Job Summary
A collection agency is in need of a Remote Debt Collection Strategic Client Manager.
Must be able to:
- Deliver on Monthly, Quarterly and Annual OKRs and business objectives
- Be a Trusted Advisor for your clients earned through your demonstrated continuous commitment to excellence
- Establish and improve the client management framework to proactively prevent process
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 20+ years across Operations, Risk Management, Client Management, Strategy or a similar discipline
- Proven success leading multiple large-scale cross functional business transformation initiatives
- Professional temperament and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to translate data into business insights
- Solution-oriented problem solver
