Job Summary
A bank is seeking a Remote Default Compliance Integration and Administration Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing direction and leadership to the Compliance Integration area in support of the company’s goals
- Setting short, medium- and long-term vision for the team
- Developing and managing control management program for the default servicing operation
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10+ years of default servicing experience within banking or financial services
- 5+ years directly managing foreclosure and/or bankruptcy operations
- 10+ years Understanding of Mortgage Servicing, Mortgage Servicing Regulations, and Regulators
- 5+ years of experience with servicing systems, including MSP/BKFS templates, and/or LoanSphere
- Strong problem solving and strategic thinking skills
