Job Summary

A bank is seeking a Remote Default Compliance Integration and Administration Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing direction and leadership to the Compliance Integration area in support of the company’s goals
  • Setting short, medium- and long-term vision for the team
  • Developing and managing control management program for the default servicing operation

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years of default servicing experience within banking or financial services
  • 5+ years directly managing foreclosure and/or bankruptcy operations
  • 10+ years Understanding of Mortgage Servicing, Mortgage Servicing Regulations, and Regulators
  • 5+ years of experience with servicing systems, including MSP/BKFS templates, and/or LoanSphere
  • Strong problem solving and strategic thinking skills
