Job Summary

A mortgage company is filling a position for a Remote Default Invoicing Management Supervisor in Fishers.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Problem solving and seeking out new solutions to issues and/or workarounds
• Reviewing and verifying all invoices, back up documentation and check requests
• Reconciling accounts payable transactions and assuring timely payment remittance and accuracy

Qualifications Include:

• Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, accounting, general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, e-mail and internet software
• Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to effectively present information to supervisory, etc.
• Ability to build relationships with both internal and external clients/vendors
