Job Summary

A mortgage services provider has an open position for a Remote Default Services Pre Foreclosure Title Typist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Reviewing all documents in the write up sheet for accuracy
• Monitoring offshore production for the Title Typing Team
• Entering data provided on the write up sheet into our systems

Qualifications Include:

• Must be able to type 60 wpm with 95% accuracy
• A penchant for excellence. You will use your strong attention to detail to maintain our quality standards
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office to include but not limited to Word, Excel and Outlook
• The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, especially the ability to meet tight deadlines for our clients
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Great proofreading skills
