A mortgage services provider is seeking a Remote Default Services TSG Date Down Processor in Irvine.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Searching & reviewing property chains via computerized systems to compile information for date down search
• Retrieving and examining PI & GI chains, and documents for accuracy
• Checking borrowers, junior beneficiaries or person with any interest in PIQ for Bankruptcies

Qualifications Include:

• 2+ years’ experience in the Title Insurance Industry
• Knowledge of foreclosure documents and how they affect title
• Knowledge of the foreclosure process
• Operational knowledge of software systems used to run property (PI) & name (GI) chains
