Job Summary

A defense solutions company is seeking a Remote Defense Industry Senior Contract Negotiator in Indianapolis.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Front-end engagement in analyzing requests for proposals
  • Providing support to senior management in structuring sound business arrangements
  • Developing negotiation strategies

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management, Law, or related field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in the fields of Contract Management, Negotiations or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Contracts Management/Negotiations within the Defense Industry
  • Intimate understanding of contract terms and conditions
  • Experience administering change management protocols
  • Experience working with FAR, DFARS, TINA, ITAR, etc. and/or equivalent government regulations
