Job Summary

A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Defined Benefit Client Service Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Overseeing operational activities for multiple mid-to-large size DB clients
  • Supervising a team of analysts that perform complex DB operational tasks
  • Serving as key contact to external client customers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business field or equivalent experience
  • Five years of experience in the defined benefit or retirement industry
  • In-depth understanding of retirement industry regulations, defined benefit pension and actuarial concepts
  • Excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong math and statistical skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
