Job Summary
A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Defined Benefit Client Service Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Overseeing operational activities for multiple mid-to-large size DB clients
- Supervising a team of analysts that perform complex DB operational tasks
- Serving as key contact to external client customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business field or equivalent experience
- Five years of experience in the defined benefit or retirement industry
- In-depth understanding of retirement industry regulations, defined benefit pension and actuarial concepts
- Excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong math and statistical skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
