Job Summary
A non-profit organization is in need of a Remote DEI and Program Strategy Senior Principal Strategist.
Must be able to:
- Review and evaluate current programmatic and policy work
- Provide strategic DEI subject matter expertise
- Design and implement metrics
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in social justice, public policy, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of seven (7) years of demonstrated DEI expertise
- Minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience nonprofit advocacy
- Project management experience in a related field
- Thorough knowledge of programs related to DEI
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
