Job Summary
A software company is filling a position for a Remote DEI Program Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working closely with the Sr. Director, People Ops and other internal stakeholders
- Using people-based metrics and data to design and deliver DEI programs
- Maintaining awareness of DEI best practices and industry standard
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of DEI, HR, or program management experience
- Experience working with employee resource groups
- Strong program and project management skills; ability to operationalize and scale programs
- Experience leading programs from ideation, pilot and experimentation, to execution
