Job Summary
A bank needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Delegated Auditor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Completing a thorough, detailed review of mortgage loan file information
- Validating and correcting loan data between system, AUS findings, and loan documents
- Reviewing complex loan transactions for all loan types
Qualifications for this position include:
- HS Diploma, GED or Foreign Equivalent
- 1-3 years of mortgage Underwriting/auditing or related experience
- Detail orientated
- Excellent/Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently or within a team environment
- Professionalism and ability to handle sensitive and confidential issues
