A financial services firm is seeking a Remote Delegated Correspondent Government Insuring Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Verifying all FHA, VA and USDA loans are Insured/Guaranteed
- Handling all correction requests and requirements
- Communicating with all applicable parties for resolution
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Familiar with closing documents in a mortgage transaction
- Excellent communication, customer-service and organizational skills
- Able to work in fast paced environment
- High school degree required
- Experience with Microsoft office products
