Job Summary
A SaaS and on-premises solutions provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Deliverability Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide support to internal teams on customer deliverability escalations
- Manage escalated cases in our customer ticketing system
- Research and respond to outside spam complaints
Qualifications for this position include:
- Knowledge of email related technologies (SMTP, DNS, etc)
- Ability to work in a team environment
- 3+ years of experience working in an email deliverability and/or postmaster role
