Job Summary

Leading multiple client engagements, the full-time Remote Delivery Director will oversee delivery governance, ensure operational stability, and drive client satisfaction across a diverse portfolio of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Delivery Managers and oversee governance across the portfolio
• Steer the structure to meet established KPIs, focusing on client satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Manage multiple concurrent client engagements with multicultural teams worldwide

Required qualifications

• Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or related advanced degree preferred
• Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery managing multiple client engagements
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in multi-project environments
• Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at Director/VP/C-level
• Management experience with a focus on delivery expectations and escalations
