Job Summary

Leading portfolio-level initiatives, the full-time Remote Delivery Director will oversee multiple client engagements, ensuring delivery quality, operational stability, and client satisfaction while managing diverse technical teams globally.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Delivery Managers and oversee delivery governance across the client portfolio
• Steer operations to meet established KPIs, focusing on client satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Manage multiple concurrent client engagements with multicultural teams distributed worldwide

Required qualifications

• Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or a related advanced degree preferred
• Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery managing multiple client engagements
• Proven leadership in multi-project or multi-client delivery environments
• Management experience with the ability to lead and develop teams
• Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at Director/VP/C-level
