Job Summary

A data management solution provider is in need of a Remote Delivery Enablement and Training Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Owning the creation, development, delivery and evolution of enablement tools, training, and programs
• Monitoring and measuring effectiveness of all training programs, monitor employee learning
• Developing relationships with teams across the organization to stay up-to-date on new processes

Required Skills:

• Minimal travel may be expected of this role
• 5+ years of direct experience in enablement and technical training for a SaaS company
• Understand the delivery team business priorities and identify creative ways
• Take immediate ownership of the delivery new hire onboarding and continuous education curriculum
• Work with minimal oversight and definition to ask probing questions
• Thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment
