• Experience in managing transformational programs and business-critical projects
• Knowledge of Financial and Agile/Lean/DevOps tools and techniques
• Experience in the Pet insurance business or related insurance systems
• Strong financial management and forecasting skills
• Ability to work across agile lines and manage complex business outcomes
