Remote Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Delivery Manager will act as a Proxy Product Owner, translating business needs into executable requirements while collaborating with stakeholders and engineering teams in the insurance industry.

Key responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders to clarify product, operational, regulatory, and customer needs
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery-ready requirements
• Support prioritization of backlog items based on business value, risk, urgency, and technical dependencies

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in software delivery
• Experience working with .NET/Azure or enterprise software teams
• Strong ability to write clear user stories and business process documentation
• Experience with Agile delivery, release planning, and QA coordination
• Insurance, insurtech, fintech, banking, or regulated industry experience
