A technology company that offers a full range of hardware and software services is filling a position for a Remote Delivery Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Planning and coordinating delivery activities according to customer needs
- Building positive and productive working relationships with customers
- Analyzing and troubleshooting delivery issues in a timely fashion
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience
- 3+ years of experience managing a software delivery team
- Experience creating, applying, and maintaining tools to track program, project, or task data and performance
- An ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of users, team members, managers, and subject matter experts
