Job Summary
A delivery order platform is filling a position for a Remote Delivery Order Platform Customer Onboarding Operations Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review workflows for the Customer Support & Onboarding teams
- Help provide support and troubleshooting for our multiple Support systems
- Support content management for our internal knowledge base
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1 or more years of Zendesk Administrator experience (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to educate our teams and customers on best practices
- Able to work independently, when needed, and collaborate across multiple teams
- An avid interest in the restaurant industry
