Job Summary

A delivery order platform is filling a position for a Remote Delivery Order Platform Customer Onboarding Operations Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Review workflows for the Customer Support & Onboarding teams
  • Help provide support and troubleshooting for our multiple Support systems
  • Support content management for our internal knowledge base

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 1 or more years of Zendesk Administrator experience (or equivalent experience)
  • Ability to educate our teams and customers on best practices
  • Able to work independently, when needed, and collaborate across multiple teams
  • An avid interest in the restaurant industry
