Job Summary
A delivery order platform for the restaurant industry has a current position open for a Remote Delivery Order Platform Talent Acquisition Senior Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading, mentoring, and coaching company’s best in class Talent Acquisition team to hire top talent
- Partnering with business leaders across the company to understand business outcomes and ensure hiring plans are effectively met
- Iterating and evolving TA strategy, processes, & systems in a constantly changing market to be data-driven, engaging and competitive
Position Requirements Include:
- Demonstrated success leading TA teams and strategies in a high growth public technology organization
- Proven management experience and success leading and developing high performing recruiters, coordinators, and sourcers
- Ability to be agile, resilient and tenacious in challenging situations and in an ever-changing environment
- Deep understanding of recruiting metrics and how to leverage data to improve processes and show successes
- Proven experience partnering cross-functionally to build strategies and execute on plans
- Ability to drive effective communications in a variety of situations both internally and with candidates
