Job Summary
A company that provides on-demand retail and delivery of products is in need of a Remote Delivery Partner Payments and Incentives Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing your entire team in your vertical, Delivery Partner Payments
- Managing the payroll process for thousands of Delivery Partners that choose to work on our platform
- Building and leading a team of Leads and Specialists
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years people management experience
- Able to proactively recognize problems with your team and help find the best outcome
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Comfortable using and creating data to solve problems or kick off initiatives
- People motivator that also focuses on team member development
