Job Summary
A community development technology company is seeking a Remote Delivery Platform Growth Operations Manager in Miami.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Helping build the central capabilities for managing our delivery platform operations
- Ensuring the end-to-end success of of our brands from pilot launch to expansion to post onboarding
- Coordinating and providing project management for launching new locations and brands on online platforms
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years’ experience in operations, project/program management, consulting or account management
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast paced, growth environment
- Solution-oriented, with the ability to assess business issues top-down and bottom-up
- Exceptional project management skills, including strong attention to detail and ability to work well with cross-functional stakeholders
- Able to make sound decisions, even with imperfect data
