Job Summary

A talent management platform is seeking a Remote Demand Generation Director.

Must be able to:

  • Plan and execute marketing programs mapped to each stage of the buyer’s journey
  • Optimize marketing campaigns and track lead interactions across marketing channels
  • Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting detailing campaign performance

Qualifications Include:

  • 5-10 years of demand generation/marketing program management experience
  • 3+ years of experience with Marketing Automation Software
  • 1+ years of experience working with Salesforce
  • Extensive experience in lead focused campaign optimization
  • Experience with Account Based Marketing
  • Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
