Job Summary

A technology solutions provider is filling a position for a Remote Demand Generation Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage the Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) team
  • Establish rapid cadences of testing and optimization in partnership with your marketing teammates
  • Retain and develop members of the growth team to be high performing, curious, collaborative role models

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years experience in demand generation leadership role(s) in B2B SaaS companies
  • 7+ years experience in demand generation, growth marketing, digital marketing, or similar roles
  • Ability to engage an audience that consists of Small Business leaders
  • Experience leading a demand generation team that owns pipeline and revenue outcomes for the business
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
