Job Summary

A technology solutions provider is filling a position for a Remote Demand Generation Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Manage the Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) team
Establish rapid cadences of testing and optimization in partnership with your marketing teammates
Retain and develop members of the growth team to be high performing, curious, collaborative role models

Required Skills:

3+ years experience in demand generation leadership role(s) in B2B SaaS companies
7+ years experience in demand generation, growth marketing, digital marketing, or similar roles
Ability to engage an audience that consists of Small Business leaders
Experience leading a demand generation team that owns pipeline and revenue outcomes for the business
Strong communication and collaboration skills
