The Manager of Demand Generation will be an integral part of the IMPACT+ division of the company.

Most marketers want a breakthrough in their efforts, but lack a strategic plan of attack. That's why we created IMPACT+, an online learning community that outlines a proven marketing and sales framework, complete with tactical instruction for every step.

Location: This is a remote position. However, it's a bonus if you're located within a commutable distance from our office in New Haven, CT!

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 based on experience.

    In this role, you will:
  • Work with the Director of Marketing to execute multi-channel strategies and campaigns that drive new IMPACT+ members and keep them engaged.
  • Think outside the box to find new ways to leverage our existing audiences, as well as grow IMPACT+ membership through social media, influencer networks, events, targeted outreach, etc.
  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance, as well as make recommendations for optimization on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and the IMPACT+ product and events teams.
  • Always be looking for ways to improve our internal efficiencies, lead gen initiatives, and ways the teams can operate effectively and efficiently together - from a demand generation standpoint.

  • Requirements
  • Must have a deep understanding of the best practices for demand and lead generation.
  • Must have experience driving demand within a membership-driven business or Saas company.
  • Must stay cutting-edge on new ways to improve marketing funnels and flow and keep pipelines strong.
  • Must be able to craft a compelling message that resonates with the audience and leads to conversions.
  • Must possess the ability to think from a global, high-level perspective regarding the inevitable issues that will come up, and identify mutually beneficial, out-of-the-box ways to solve problems.
  • Must have the ability to navigate difficult conversations with both external contacts and internal team members.
  • Must have extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid media, social media, and email.
  • Must have experience working with marketing automation platforms (specifically HubSpot is a plus).
