Job Summary

A distributor of scientific products and laboratory supplies is filling a position for a Remote Demand Planner.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Develop a tactical demand forecast
  • Determine optimal inventory position for each SKU/ stocking location
  • Participate in inventory planning activities

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • College degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or applicable discipline
  • 2-3+ years procurement experience with enterprise level planning
  • Proficient in MS office suite
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze large data sets
  • Understanding of forecast and replenishment theory
  • Solid knowledge and practical use of Forecasting and Inventory Planning tools
