Job Summary

A fundraising company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Democratic Politics and Elections Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Directing a large scale program aimed at relationship building
• Building a department staffing plan including professional development opportunities
• Identifying and driving opportunities to partner with other Democratic organizations

Required Skills:

• At least 8 years' political and electoral experience
• 6-8 years' experience hiring and managing staff in a fast paced environment
• Experience developing, managing, benchmarking, and implementing electoral campaigns
• Experience managing or working closely with fundraising and digital programs
• Strong knowledge of electoral politics and the campaign industry
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining high level relationships
