Job Summary
A financial services company is seeking a Remote Dental and Vision benefits Complaints and Grievances Specialist II.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Produce daily production reports, monitor workflow and communicate to staff
- Prioritize and assure compliance with case resolution turnaround times
- Facilitate resolution to internal and external issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient PC skills (Word, Excel, Salesforce)
- Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks
