Remote Dental Call Center Rep

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Call Center Representative (Dental).

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 200+ outbound dials per day to prospects in the dental, chiropractic, and medical spaces
• Book qualified appointments directly into client calendars and maintain high appointment show rates
• Track performance in CRM and handle objections confidently in a high-rejection environment

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in outbound phone sales or appointment setting
• Experience working with CRM systems and following structured shifts
• Proven ability to meet or exceed daily quotas and KPIs
• Comfortable with sales scripts and adapting them in real-time
• Must have a quiet home office setup with dual monitors and high-speed internet
