Job Summary
A fully-digital, U.S.-based dental lab service is seeking a Remote Dental Customer Experience Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Owning customer pod metrics
- Building visual representations of KPIs and ensure accuracy of dashboards
- Reviewing Dr metrics for inbounds and orders
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years of operations analytics and/or strategy work in a finance, consulting, or startup environment
- Experience with Excel, SQL, Looker, Python
- Experience using data to analyze performance and drive strategic decision making
- Track record of success in building new operational processes and an ability to work through ambiguity
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate new product opportunities by bringing internal stakeholders
- Experience working as part of a high-performing interconnected operations team
