Job Summary
A fully-digital, U.S.-based dental lab service has an open position for a Remote Dental Industry Customer Experience Training Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Partnering and providing assistance to the Training Manager with daily operations
- Leading, coaching, and training a team of agents
- Running Shadow Sessions, Reverse Shadow Sessions, and Buddy Shifts
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2-4 years of Customer Service experience or Dental experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent working knowledge of computer systems
- Strong understanding of the dentistry and the dental field
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, you like working across an organization
- Strong bias towards actions and delivering results
