Job Summary
A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Dental Insurance Sales Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining contracts and documentation within a tracking system
- Analyzing financial impact of contracts and terms
- Communicating contract terms, payment structures, and reimbursement rates
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- This is a sales position that will require cold calling and visits to dental offices
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant business experience in contracting
- Familiar with ADA codes
- Experience with dental practice recruitment, dental carriers, and/or dental provider relations
- Previous sales experience
