Job Summary
A healthcare provider is filling a position for a Remote Dental Member Provider Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Resolving simple to complex problems for members
- Providing an accurate and thorough explanation of dental plan benefits, claims processes, eligibility, and enrollment
- Responding to current or potential members in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
