Job Summary
Growing national provider of eye care, dental, and hearing services with approximately 8.5 million members has an open position for a Remote Dental Provider Relations Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Educating providers and office staff on insurance plans, fees and administrative plan requirements
- Conducting on-site chart audits and clinical facility reviews of dental provider offices
- Managing relationships between company and assigned provider groups
Qualifications Include:
- Ability to travel within assigned territory with the ability to conduct on-site chart audits
- Ability to communicate well with providers and office staff both verbally and in writing
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Minimum 3-5 years of dental office, customer service or provider relations experience
- Strong research, problem solving and organizational skills
- The minimum education level required is a Bachelors degree; however, experience may substitute for education if responsibilities directly relate to the essential job functions
